What are the best aspects of this product?

There are several things I appreciate when it comes to this tool. For one thing, it is so user-friendly. It's reasonably-priced and matches my needs. Definitely a worthy alternative to Google. I feel very secure and confident that my emails are protected and that my information is safe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I only started using this because I was locked out of my Gmail account. That was a big deal for me since a decade of my personal and professional life was going to end up locked up there if I didn't do anything. In the time that I've used this, I haven't encountered anything that should be a major concern.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this, I can recover a lot of my locked email messages. That is such a meaningful thing since all of those basically represent my life over the past decade. It's a catalog of the people I've worked with, projects I've worked on, ideas I've had, my aspirations, ideas, and even my professional and personal purchases. Recovering all of those means so much to me.
