PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Excellent reports functions with easily manipulable variables. Competitive processing fees. Smooth UI

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app tends to go into something of a "sleep mode" causing it to go into an offline mode which limits functionality and occasionally drops payments.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better connectivity. I'd like to be able to assign tables to specific zones but have them all on one page of a floor layout.

Lowered processing fees, dramatically increased order efficiencies.
