What are the best aspects of this product?
Back of house system to review checks, sales and everything else is quick and easy and does not require remoting into a server.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system could use a better method of notification if there is a loss of internet connectivity and a credit card that is "authorized" offline comes back as decline after the processor is back online.

Ability to do a detailed check level audit.
