What are the best aspects of this product?
Breadcrumb is very easy to use. It takes about a half hour to train new users which is wonderful with new hires. There is very little downtime and when there is, offline mode works well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have experienced no problems

A better customer loyalty program included
