What are the best aspects of this product?
I love all the backend reporting features of Upserve. It\'s really robust and helps me manage our restaurant by staying in touch with labor, best selling items, etc. Also their customer service is fantastic. I asked a question through the chat feature and they answered my question and resolved my issue within 5 minutes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The KDS has some quirky things that make tickets re-fire in certain circumstances.
