PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Front end is super easy to use and very easy to navigate. The chat support is very helpful and they can almost always help solve whatever issues you may have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The back end billing can sometimes be a mess due to (i think) the poor integration between breadcrumb and upserve. There are multiple different payment platforms that do not coordinate with each other.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A cleaner, more streamlined billing side of things. Especially during COVID it's been a huge mess and nearly impossible to navigate. Big billing decisions get made by Upserve without communicating via email.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Service is streamlined because of how easy the system is to use. Things can be updated in real time during service without much hassle and all members of staff can update quickly. It's a very good system.
