What are the best aspects of this product?

Great for full service restaurants. Very easy to train and use general check functions

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Could have better checkout reporting/traceability.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Would be nice to have map capability for delivery. Online ordering could be improved (add pictures, logo, colors)

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had an old local server based POS that was slow and unreliable. Upserve gave us more visibility and ease of use for staff
