Quick and Easy to use system. Support is by far the easiest to contact as well at all points in the day.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have not found any yet. Bug Fixes and updates come out regularly.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Manager oriented screen rather than an all-around standard screen for everyone.

Timing and record keeping. Also, integration with other systems is great!
