What are the best aspects of this product?
Because it is cloud-based, I can change or add items remotely. This is a very useful feature as I can still track my business even if I'm away. It also has great updates that proved to be very useful as we use Upserve POS. Their customer service is also very friendly and accomodating, so we are not as stressed whenever we encounter problems with the platform.

It is a lovely application. I love everything about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Without spending a lot, we have a very functional POS/table administration framework. And since we can update items remotely, we don't have to go through the trouble of physically going to the cafe to keep track of the items we have.
