What are the best aspects of this product?
For restaurants with dedicated servers, this company has amazing analytics about what your servers are selling and who your best sellers are.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you have multiple servers accessing a single tab, the analytics are inaccurate as the ticket gets assigned to the individual closing the tab, not those that added product to it.
There isn't a report for "No Sale" drawer opens. This is such an easy fix. I'm not sure why it isn't there.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Analytics based on unique individual's touches to a tab, rather than the owner of the tab. If you operate a restaurant where no one touches each other's tabs, this won't be an issue.
