What are the best aspects of this product?

Easy to use system, from the front of the house to back office use

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer support is terrible. Have 5 iPads and were told to keep them plugged in with their chargers since they trickle charge. Now all of my iPads are separating from the screens and will not hold a charge and keep going off line. One person informed us that we should keep them plugged in and another said we shouldn’t. They will not take responsibility for the repair. This system has been a nightmare since we’ve had it
