PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The customer service has never let me down. The HQ is also designed very well and is easy to navigate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The frontend of the software is a bit clunky and slow. Not ideal for a retail setting with high volume.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Quicker use frontend. I would also like to see the OLO preordering function to work better with inventory tracking.

Inventory tracking is far superior to other products used.
