What are the best aspects of this product?

Great easy to use restaurant POS/back end system. Compared to managing your own server and associated headaches, this is a win.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Could be a little easier to use the time cards function etc area from the web, but not the end of the world.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

They have it all from what I see.

We switched over to merchant processing with Upserve, and the rates are very competitive. Check it out
