What are the best aspects of this product?

Inventory tracking and reporting synced with POS. This makes it very easy to keep track of all the KPIs

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really wish there the syncing was two way between the POS and Inventory

Two way syncing and inventory item addition at the invoice receiving level

Saved alot of time in our payroll processing and inventory management
