What are the best aspects of this product?
Offline mode functionality is so crucial. A new-hire can be fully versed in the system within 2 training shifts. The back office functionality is second to none.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are, very rarely, issues with open checks not being visable across multiple iPads.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like that the table view only show tables open by the person logged in to the system rather than all open tables.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We had a HUGE issue before with our old POS servers crashing at critical times. The ability to send tickets and close checks while in offline mode is pivotal.
