What are the best aspects of this product?
It works well even in offline mode. Its back office is also great. Teaching new hires how to use Upserve POS is also easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they only show tables currently opened, instead of all of them.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The offline mode is very useful for us as we can still take, send orders, and close checks even without the internet. And we haven't encountered any issue with this.
