What are the best aspects of this product?
The customer service employees are some of the best I have ever come across. They are extremely informative, helpful and efficient. They are personable in the sense that they can adapt their tones of voice to make you more comfortable. The system itself has a search option on the menu portion, allowing you to ring up products quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The Offline Mode would thrive with a feature that could allow the customers to tip. Even though you can ask and go in on the back end and enter it, it would make employees feel less awkward.

Wireless, portable printers for curbside/to-go ordering.
