It is very easy to use. Copying and changing items can be done without any problem. Products are also easy to find and changing payment methods can be done within seconds. Our staff also found it easy to learn how to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better back-end reports will be appreciated. Also, we experienced difficulties using its offline mode. This problem needs immediate fixing.

Service became quicker for us. It is also very easy to teach to new staff, so they don't have any problems using it in a day or two.
