What are the best aspects of this product?

The interface is very attractive and user-friendly. The online support articles are very thorough and if questions are not fully answered there, their on call support team is super helpful and follows up to make sure their solutions worked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few things that could use work- the system for gathering reports based on times is very wonky with their “day parts”.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to be able to draw a map for online ordering rather than selecting zip codes. I would also like to be able to pull up reports for certain hours rather than having to create a “day part” first.

Faster ringing up for customers on the ipad with its simple touch screen and search option

It was slow, there was no search option on the POS, pulling up reports was slow, their EMV readers did not integrate with the POS.
