What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers a secure platform, it is easy to use, it is a lot of work on any language so I think is one of the best platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The policies change and they don't advice via email, so you don't get up to day unless you are a regular user from the Upwork community. You get banned/suspended/canceled account without warning, you just get in the account one day and they just simply block you
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better communication via email or in the main dashboard so everything is clear. Warnings about making things wrong before blocking accounts. Better customer support
