Userlike is a tool that's simple to utilize. We were able to quickly learn, carry out, and get the software maintained. All that's needed is to figure out the best practices. Functionality is clearly broken down.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Userlike is organized in a concise manner. But we have one thing to suggest. Offline messages should be up front, not concealed. If you're not the kind to proactivel look into any message, you'll likely miss out on any news.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're software engineers. We're responsible for making an ERP software capable of online trading. At present, we've set up Userlike on our site in answering inquiries regarding the software. The biggest upside with this is that we can now channel support requests up front to trained personnel.
