What are the best aspects of this product?
While our site does have a "Contact Us" page, it barely got any attention from site viewers/vistors. Right after getting the Userlink Widget installed, leads, and questions started pouring in! After running a test for couple or so days, it became an important tool in converting visitors into customers. It comes highly recommended.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've yet to comb through all its functionality. But there's one functionality I missed. That would be getting messages whenever I'm on a mobile device. Another thing: it can be a confusing whenever making a switch from admin mode to chat.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I later realized that there are a ton of user who have been visiting my site. But the sad part is, not one of them asked me any questions. When we underwent a comprehensive research, we realized that users couldn't spot the services they were looking for. After installing Userlike, some vistors started making inquiries and engaging with the site.
