What are the best aspects of this product?

Autoamted macro pop-ups that come out when you begin typing is quick. It's also an efficient approach in communicating with somebody. It's easy to use. Unearthing its useful functionality is a plus for our agents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Somehow, I can't edit a macro drop-down. I find this a little annoying. Being able to have improved control of the UI according the agent's screen would be a major improvement. Even with customer support available to cater to inquirie, it tends to take a bit of time to do.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're offering real-time support for those on phone-banking groups. That means speed is an absolute essential. There will be individuals who are requesting our help via phone and want to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Being able to cater to inquiries quickly and reaching out to more people is important to us.
