What are the best aspects of this product?
We're a startup based in Europe. We're part of the e-recruitment space. We wanted to opt for a live chat for extended periods. I'm happy to have finally landed on Userlike since it's Germany-based, has everything we want, and works wonderfully.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In all honesty, the settings page appears to be a little quirky in the initial going. It won't show much a previeew of the widget. And whenever changes are saved, it would take a bit of time until they propogate to the CDN. Another thing, certain functionality can be tested if you happen to be on a premium version.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With the growth of our customer based, it's imperative to go beyond the typicaly communication channels. In saving time and preserving overview, we wanted to bring a mixture of a live chat and highly scalable ticketing solution. Both are linked directly to our CRM tool. Live chat happens to be integrated well within our sales environment as we frequently utilize it in our landing page.
