What are the best aspects of this product?
The program is easy to use. The UI makes it simple to navigate. Setting it up and maintaining it is a breeze. It makes room for easy accessibility regardless where our staff is working.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One downside is having the need to log in just to delete the chat session history. It's easy to do. But it can be an inconvenience. Even more so when you're on a budget where you need to make sure resolved chat sessions are cancelled.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wanted to gain enhanced accessiblity for our visitors armed with inquiries. We don't want to resort to e-mailing or picking up a phone call. It made room for quick response and straightforward answers in a timely fashion. Being able to immediately remedy problems allowed us to pick up on revenue that may have been possibly lost.
