What are the best aspects of this product?
Thanks to this tool we can manage tickets and our customers’ feedback. It allows us to include UserVoice Help Widget and drop down widget into our sites. I get email when I need to review a trouble ticket.. It provides us with useful information about our users like what OS they’re using, from which page they access the US ticket, which browser they’re using and even the IP address of the user.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be little complicated when it comes to using canned responses.

We can solve problems of trouble tickets and we can track the progress of those tickets. We are able to se ethe statistics about the support progress and user feedback.
