What are the best aspects of this product?

UV offers great set of features like reporting and indexing. We can can reach user traits by using tickets and NPS surveys. The product provides us with full picture of our customer satisfaction. Also, the dashboard is analytical and actionable. Additionally, it has great integrations with Slaesforce, Slack and Google analytics which is extremely beneficial for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be complicated SaaS product and this means that the knowledge base and responses doesn’t deliver regular results.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At the beginning we started using it for managing knowledge base images and articles. There are lot of benefits and wonderful features. It helps us to engage our customers and answer their questions. By using some integrations we can easily track customer segment and get thorough details of every customer who’s interacting with us. I like the combination with Satisfaction Widget because with it we can foresee customer engagement.
