What are the best aspects of this product?

With Uservoice we can manage trouble tickets and various customer feedback. UV allows us to implement UserVoice Help widget and drop-down widget to our sites. I receive emails when I need to review a trouble ticket. This app provides us with great information about our users such as: which browser they are using, what OS they are using, from which page they access the US ticket, the IP address of the user and etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me it’s a little complex to use canned responses, I feel the feature is not easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

UserVoice helps me to solve problems of trouble tickets and allows me to track the progress of the trouble ticket. I can see the statistics about my support progress and the user feedback as well.
