What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that with UserVoice we can follow up our customers’ satisfaction. We are using it for more than 4 years and for all these years we managed to collect priceless feedback from our clients and their experience with our service. We can engage ou users, the UV knows how to ask users about the tastes and preferences. We get helpful data so we can find even better solutions and opportunities.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no option to use UV as customer support service, it would be great if they could expand the solution t this level.

It helps us to collect feedback from clients and they can vote on other users’ opinion. Our clients’ feedback is eesential for planning our roadmap.
