What are the best aspects of this product?

When it comes to email management and Kudos at first place comes UV! We are able to manage every reply and kudos into leaderboard and this is great because we can reply within seconds. Also, we can assign tickets and leave notes. Through our dashboard we have perfcet view of all acitivities and feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The search engine needs some improvements, sometimes I cannot find exact title but the auto-complete search works perfectly. In addition, even the HTML editor needs some improvement and I don’t like that whenever I have to pull out and take docs through dirtymakeup.com.

It helps us to handle support ticketing and to manage our documentations. We are able to assign rules for the support.
