What are the best aspects of this product?

User-friendly and lovely interface, you can operate it easily. We use UserVoice to keep track of user’s replies. This software provides you with features for keeping track of quick replies and kudos. The UV helps you to see your progress and answering tickets promptly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some issues when try to make copy from Notes into Message, it can get jumbled. But. It’s not a big deal, the app is great.

This app helps us to keep in touch with our clients, and it’s very helpful tool for our Support department.
