What are the best aspects of this product?

UserVoice is an awesome tool to track our customer satisfaction. We use it for almost 4 years, and we have collected feedback from our clients about what they think about our product and whether they like the product or not. It’s great tool to engage our user, they found UV very accessible. UV knows how to ask our users about their preferences and tastes. This app provides us with helpful data that helps us to find solutions and opportunities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We can’t use UV as customer support service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get feedback from clients, and they are able to vote on other users’ feedback. The client’s feedback plays big part of planning our roadmap.
