What are the best aspects of this product?

UserVoice has been our partner in solving issues that concern with data gathering. My company had created a strong bond with this platform, which enables us to be open with feedback and consequently, view enhancements to the tools that affect our experience. Additionally, UserVoice had recently included some updates that our company had really taken advantage of.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their custom reporting needs to have some improvements. We’ve been storing important details in the platform, but we are having a hard time analyzing them when we need to use third-party reporting tools. I wish there are more user session and custom reporting in the next update.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

UserVoice provides us a centralized location to monitor feedbacks. It helps us access feedback from users and those that are captured with contributor function by our team. Also, it offers us the easiest way to update interested users on innovation and new feature launch. Lastly, we use it to look for more clients who want to take part in beta testing and discussions.
