What are the best aspects of this product?
The UserVoice features like tagging tickets for reporting and indexing are amazing. UV allows you to reach user traits with tickets and NPS surveys, in this way the app gives you a full picture of your customer satisfaction. The dashboard of this app is actionable and analytical, which is great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Invoca is a complicated SaaS product, and their target include various customer segment, so their knowledge base and responses doesn’t deliver regular results. But, they can be easily supported with UV updates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We started to use UserVoice primarily for managing knowledge base articles and images. But, the UV provides us with many benefits and wonderful features. We can easily engage our customers and help them when they need to resolve some issues. Some integrations helps us to see customer segment and to get details of every customer who is interacting with us. The combination with Satisfaction widget helps us to predict customer engagement. The integrations with Salesforce, Slack and Google analytics are very powerful and helpful for our business.
