PROS: Being working for a small web development startup, we wanted to set up our own VPN to keep our network better insulated and Utunnel works well for us. I think a VPN is mandatory for everyone, as many are now working from their home networks. We set up the VPN on a VPS from Linode using Utunnel and it took us very little effort. Now managing the VPN sever and users are quite easy for us.
CONS: There were no major issues for me to deal with. The one minor thing I felt was that the documentation could have been a bit more expansive. For someone who is not aware of some basic networking terminology might need some quick learning.
