What are the best aspects of this product?
It can help you do a lot of things like managing clients' appointments, processing credit cards, offering reward points, and even email marketing. So you don't have to get a separate system for each process. Having a single system to do all of the aforementioned tasks is just incredible. It saves business resources and lets you become more efficient. I absolutely love it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You can automate follow up text or email but it will be sent to all your clients. It would be better if there's an option to personalize the content of automated messages sent to every client.

We use this platform for online booking, providing gift certificates as well as making calculations on services.
