PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I just love the range of things this software can do for our salon. It is able to host the salo's website, book appointments, give customers an option to book online, process credit cards, generate detailed reports, and so much more. I definitely love this product and will continue using this as long as we need this kind of platform. The best thing, it is within the budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have one concern but it isn't a big deal. Whenever a client uses multiple services or want to change the service he/she has asked for or simply wish to reschedule, I have to do them one by one. It would be nice if there's a function that can make the aforementioned processes faster and more efficient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It reduces the amount of time I spend on online booking and boost the trust of the customers to the business. They just love the ease of using the app. I now rarely juggle between texts and calls anymore.
