PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Vagaros overall concept is good. I joined this company as it had certain features that looked really useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

CAUTION, this company has poor ethics.



It is almost impossible to get certain reports especially when you decide you want to leave.



They WILL NOT export your customer notes into an excel file you have to manually enter each clients individual profile to access this information. Hairdressers need this data for client formulas medical and other reasons. Withholding this information as far as im concerned is not legal.



This software has several floors.



1. It lags often needing to reboot modem and clear cache. Its slow in loading pages. When you challenge this in support its often your end not theirs however all other software on your computer magically, works perfectly or as it should.

2. Support is slow and staff can be somewhat arrogant and unhelpful. They close the session with someone will get back to you and IT DOESNT HAPPEN or 3 days later, high you still having issues. I could not access the account for 3 days a few weeks ago. Delightful watching a spinning will when you need to make an app and a client is waiting on the other end of the phone.

3. Our clients general feedback about online booking, clunky and overcomplicated.

4.We had scrambled calender\'s meaning, we would book an app for 4pm and it would bounce up to 3pm, duley noted the issue was rectified almost 2 week later but its an app scheduling software. If you cant book a service in the time you want and secure it, USELESS!

5. Customers confirmation text were regularly not sent and you could not personalise or format the data within the confirmation text message to open with your brands name leading to clients thinking its spam and not confirming appointment\'s. Defeats the purpose of a confirmation text.

6. Reports options are not up to other industry standards. If you love your reports this is not the best software for you.

7. Overall Vagaro is trying to hard with its features, its over complicated, unreliable and support is not customer service driven. I asked Vagaro for a legal disclaimer providing me evidence into why they cannot give me my clients data. Just to give you some insight into their ethos and genuine commitment to help their clients. This the type of support you will receive.

(04:00:45 PM) Enrique n: I am afraid that there is no disclaimer that you speak of. Our company policy is to not export information on behalf of a business. This would be an action that can be taken by the Account Owner of an account.



So they are happy to receive your excel sheet with all the data with no problems. However if you ask for your valuable data that has taken so long to enter there not interested.



I have never left a negative review in my 46 years alive as I dont wish any company harm but DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! They have a lot of work to do before their worthy of your patronage.







What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

1.Please give your customers their data.

2.Make sure your confirmations text work with a brand heading format option within the text so clients dont think its spam they are receivng.

3. Sort out the lags and slow loading response time.
