We are able to keep a client database and access it with ease whenever needed. Also, making a double-booked appointments with this software is pretty easy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a bit costly for us but since it made our life easier, I believe it's actually a great investment. It is worth every penny we spend.
