What are the best aspects of this product?
I had fun using the various colors available on this platform. The colors do not just make your list beautiful but also make it easier to view and find appointments. Also, I love the ability to jump to particular dates and block out days when service is unavailable. Lastly, I like the ability to see who is in for the day. Pretty useful when you need the information quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system is quite slow. Also, the app offers extra features that I think are not really essential. They just make the app cumbersome. Apart from that, there are days where it goes +1, etc and it's not efficient.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am an online receptionist and my work involves managing schedules for a massage therapist. I use Vagaro for the task and I find it awesome. The available features and capabilities such as the blocked out times, countless colors (I use to categorize services), and the ability to skip through dates are absolutely helpful.
