PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It makes booking appointments a breeze. Also, with this app, we are able to keep track of our clients as well as their previous appointments with so much ease. The client database that can be accessed at any time of the day easily has been a valuable thing for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am using Vagaro as a service provider and I am quite annoyed when the app just suddenly switches me to a client user. I suggest they offer a Vagaro version designed only for the service providers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I never miss important information anymore. Vagaro's feature for note-taking is really awesome. It has enough space for me to take down as much information as I want and need. I am also able to categorize them with ease while the app automatically dates them. Also, the simple service menu has made things easier.
