What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its user-friendliness! In fact, this scheduling software is by far the easiest I have ever used. I also love their customer service. They are very reliable and always there when you need them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customers' reward program is quite limited. I wish they add more features to it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Vagaro has made scheduling appointments a piece of cake. Customers don't have to travel to the office just to book their appointments. They can do it from the comfort of their own home. Everything is simple and efficient.
