What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about this software is its ease of use as well as its mobile devices support. The ability to access the platform from my phone has been very convenient and helpful. It's possible to book or cancel appointments even while you're away from the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now I cannot think of any setback. Everything works well and it is very easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't have to be in the office to be able to book or cancel appointments. I can now do it wherever I go as long as I have my smartphone.
