What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many features. One of which is the client-facing online scheduling which is my favorite. It is very easy to use for clients and easy for me to modify when needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have some problems with reports. They aren’t as inclusive as I wish and there’s only a little opportunity for customization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using this app, I had software for every business process like marketing, POS, and scheduling. Having multiple systems is quite inefficient and costly. Vagaro has solved this problem by providing all the aforementioned services. The best thing, we are able to save money because having a single solution that can do a lot of things is cheaper than purchasing different software for various needs.
