What are the best aspects of this product?
Before using this app, we were bombarded with a product and service-related questions from our clients. But now, clients can already find the answers to their questions online. So we are able to do other things. The processes like scheduling are also made simpler and easier. We are able to finish them faster and save time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes, it lags when we update information. Also, the interface is not very visually appealing. A little amp would be nice.

For clients, Vagaro makes it easier to access services. For our salon, it has made bundling services way easier to utilize than other website solutions we’ve used before.
