PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

You save time and find right prospects as fast as possible. It's also easy to sort prospects by industry, revenue, digital foot print... etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some bugs that you could've called as problematic... However, Vainu has fixed all those bugs, so currently there aren't any aspects I see could work better. Works exactly as we need it to work.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I have yet to try the mobile app which sends you 100 new prospects every day based on CRM data, but I'd like to see a similar functionality in the desktop app. Basically this would remove the need to manually create the search filters that let you find those profitable sales prospects and instead just give you that all automatically, done by a machine. That would be cool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem we solved with Vainu was our whole prospecting process. Previously, we did prospecting manually, looking for company information on websites and other company sites, and hoping to find qualified prospects.

We wanted to make the job of our salespeople as easy as possible and to be certain that every salesperson always has enough prospects when a new week begins. That's why we chose Vainu, and so far it has done exactly that and extremely cost-efficiently.
