What are the best aspects of this product?

vCita provides a really nice environment to work in, even letting me be transparent with my customers by allowing me to tag them in a specific project. The dashboard’s layout is very easy to navigate in and the integrations run very smoothly. So far, I have been enjoying working with vCita.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It’s impossible to set up recurring appointments here. For its price, I think that they should offer better and smoother syncing with other tools too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Dealing with clients in large volumes can be a pretty daunting task. However, with vCita, I have been able to stay on top of all of this. Our calendars have really made each of our team member more accountable to deadlines and appointments.
