PROS: Everything has been working smoothly with vCita in place. I really like that it works seamlessly with my Gmail accounts—prompting me through my email that I have a scheduled appointment with a recruit. These reminders are sent to me a day before the schedule, and then an hour before it just for extra measure. It is this level of attention, as well as its capacity to allow me to exchange messages with candidates, that makes this such a joy to work with. Offloading some candidates to be interviewed by other recruitment agents has not been a problem too.

CONS: Its mobile version is not as complete, in terms of functionalities, as the desktop one. I intermittently hit a few snags when I use the app too. I would appreciate if the developers would look into this and resolve the issue. Better yet, if they would grant the mobile app the same capabilities that one would enjoy on the desktop.

PROS: vCita is great because it lets clients select times according to their own timezones while I see the appointment in my own timezone. This has abstracted the need for me to calculate times while looking forward to meetings. Apart from that, what makes vCita a wonderful app is its invoicing tool. All in all, the software is user-friendly and intuitive yet it packs a punch when it comes to features. Thus, I have an easier time managing things by myself.

CONS: The only problem I have with vCita is that it will not list my clients' last names alphabetically. I am able to do it for a while but then it always reverts to the previous setting of alphabetic first names.

PROS: This tool has increased my team’s efficiency by a few notches. With it, I have been able to maintain a scheduling calendar. This makes it a lot easier to stick to deadlines and carry out projects. Sending out billings to our clients is so much faster now too.

CONS: Much like most management software, you only get as much as you pay for. And if you want more tools, then you have to be prepared to pay more. It can be quite difficult to carry out a meeting with someone from a different timezone too because the system does not automatically adjust the time difference.

PROS: vCita provides a really nice environment to work in, even letting me be transparent with my customers by allowing me to tag them in a specific project. The dashboard’s layout is very easy to navigate in and the integrations run very smoothly. So far, I have been enjoying working with vCita.

CONS: It’s impossible to set up recurring appointments here. For its price, I think that they should offer better and smoother syncing with other tools too.

PROS: The best thing about this app is how easy it makes setting up appointments with clients. It also enables me to integrate with Zapier to add my clients to my automated email campaigns. This way, I can follow up with clients without a sweat. One other thing I like about vCita is the client portal where my prospects and partners can start reaching out to me.

CONS: I have been using this software for a while but I still haven't noted anything that I dislike. vCita continues to innovate and enhance its platform, which makes it a great product. However, I will be on the lookout for anything that may be negative to provide better feedback.
