PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything has been working smoothly with vCita in place. I really like that it works seamlessly with my Gmail accounts—prompting me through my email that I have a scheduled appointment with a recruit. These reminders are sent to me a day before the schedule, and then an hour before it just for extra measure. It is this level of attention, as well as its capacity to allow me to exchange messages with candidates, that makes this such a joy to work with. Offloading some candidates to be interviewed by other recruitment agents has not been a problem too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its mobile version is not as complete, in terms of functionalities, as the desktop one. I intermittently hit a few snags when I use the app too. I would appreciate if the developers would look into this and resolve the issue. Better yet, if they would grant the mobile app the same capabilities that one would enjoy on the desktop.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do most of my recruitment processing in vCita. All of my candidates are coursed through this software. My work has been made so much easier by this tool, for sure.
