What are the best aspects of this product?
vcita is a great CRM tool. It's easy to learn so you and your client will be able to use it confidently in no time. The best parts of it are its integration with our website, its client portal, and the automation of responses. I would also like to commend their reliable customer service.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn't have that much storage space so I have to use an external cloud storage platform to send large files. The problem is they won't allow users to add links in the emails.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Keeping in touch with our customers is easier not because of the automated workflow.
